How long does my order take to ship?

All orders are made to order so once the order has been fulfilled it’s about 3-7 business days. We use Sendle to help us find the easiest and fastest way to send your product. They are also a carbon neutral company!

Do you offer international shipping? 

The short answer is no, I have been researching the best way I can start shipping overseas. If you have any ideas on this or have had experience in overseas shipping that isn’t going to cost my customers a fortune please send me an email.

What is your return policy? 

Our return policy is pretty straightforward.

• 14 days for refund or replacement on faulty items

• We do not exchange due to a change of mind, as all orders are made to order.
